Gorran Haven Beach

Nice sandy beach with easy access for people and boats and facilities such as toilets ,cafes, parking, deckchairs etc. The old stone quay shelters the boats moored in the harbour and provides good views of the beach and bay. Great for sun bathing and fishing.

 

Mevagissey

Mevagissey, a magical place for your holiday. A traditional Cornish fishing village, where you can wander the narrow alleyways, browse gift shops and art galleries, try the local ale in one of the many pubs, have a fine dinner in one of the excellent restaurants and end your day with a walk around the moon lit harbour. Caerhays Castle

Caerhays Castle, which is owned by the Williams family, is located in a sheltered valley overlooking Porthluney Cove on the South Cornish Coast equidistant from Truro and St Austell.

The Lost Gardens of Heligan

The Lost Gardens of Heligan, near Mevagissey are one of the most popular Gardens in the UK. Originally the gardens were part of the estate owned by the Cornish Tremayne family. After the first world war the gardens fell into a state of neglect until Tim Smit and a group of fellow enthusiasts decided to restore the garden to its former glory.
